The courses run in groups of maximum 2 students per instructor (except for the 1\u00b0 modules, six students maximum) with all safety options applicable.<\/p>\n
The objective of the training is to teach the actions and the knowledge of the kite to allow an autonomous progress. By autonomous, we mean the knowledge to assess risks and be able to make the relevant decisions by yourself. Each client receives training so that an autonomous, responsible and safe practice becomes possible for himself and other practitioners.<\/p>\n
Instructors are affiliated (guaranteed monitor) to the International Federation of kitesurfing IKO (International Kitesurf Organization).<\/p>\n
A cancellation by the customer less than 24h before the start of the lesson validated by him are not allowed. The lesson will be considered as fully given.<\/p>\n
The school is in no way responsible for weather conditions that are inappropriate for kiting.
The people in charge and the instructors of Surf and Fly assess the weather conditions every evening through various internet weather forecast sites. This analysis will orient the decision of the instructors before confirming the course.<\/p>\n
Each person who registers for a course at Surf and Fly will be insured for their CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY during the course (we are not responsible for injuries sustained while taking the classes). The student is aware that kitesurfing is a risky sport and consequently one does not hold the organizer responsible for such accidents\/injuries . The civil responsibility of Surf and Fly can in no case be involved outside the course hours.
This insurance is valid only for the placements\/courses in our school.<\/p>\n
Every adult participant and the parents of immature participants accept the risks involved in practicing the sport. Promotional vouchers (4 lessons promo) are valid for 2 years.

Surf and Fly undertakes to provide appropriate equipment (kites, boards, wetsuits, harness, helmet, impact vest) during the course and to comply with the deontological rules of reception quality, training, hygiene and safety.<\/p>\n
All our rates include insurance civil liability, use of equipment and the instructor. Surf and Fly has the right and ability to adjust conditions and course rates at any time. All our rates are available on our website www.kitesurf.be\/<\/p>\n
Being able to swim and feel comfortable in a sea environment is a prerequisite before enrolling in a kite course. One must be at least 18 years old. Each participant declares to be in good physical condition for practicing kite. A written parental consent is required for under-18s.<\/p>\n
The lessons offered within the framework of Bongobon will continue as soon as there are 4 participants.

Met autonoom bedoelen we de kennis om risico\u2019s in te schatten en zelf de desbetreffende beslissingen te kunnen nemen. Elke klant krijgt een opleiding zodat een eigen, autonome, verant woordelijke en veilige beoefening mogelijk wordt voor hem zelf en voor de andere beoefenaars.\n\n \n
LICENTIE<\/b><\/h4>\nLesgevers zijn aangesloten (gewaarborgde monitor) bij de Internationale federatie van kitesurf IKO (International Kitesurf Organisation).\n\n \n
ANNULERING<\/b><\/h4>\nEen annulering door de klant minder dan 24U voor de aanvang<\/b> van de les die door hem was gevalideerd zijn niet toegelaten. De les wordt dan aanschouwd als zijnde volledig gegeven.\n\n \n
WEERSOMSTANDIGHEDEN<\/b><\/h4>\nDe school is in geen geval verantwoordelijk voor de weersomstandigheden die ontoepasselijk zouden zijn voor het beoefenen van het kiten.\nDe verantwoordelijken en de lesgevers van Surf and Fly beoordelen elke avond de weersomstandigheden door middel van verschillende internet weersvoorspellingsites. Deze analyse zal de beslissing van de lesgevers ori\u00ebnteren voor het bevestigen van de cursus.\n\n \n
VERZEKERINGEN<\/b><\/h4>\nElke persoon die zich inschrijft voor een cursus bij Surf and Fly zal verzekerd worden voor hun CIVIELE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEID<\/strong> tijdens de cursus (we zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor letsels die opgelopen worden tijdens het volgen van de lessen). De leerling is ervan op de hoogte dat kitesurfen een risicovolle sport is en men bijgevolg de organisator niet aansprakelijk stelt voor dergelijke ongevallen\/letsels . De civiele verantwoordelijkheid van Surf and Fly kan in geen geval betrokken worden buiten de cursus uren.\n\nDeze verzekering is enkel geldig voor de stages\/cursussen in onze school.\n\n \n
VERPLICHTINGEN VAN DE DEELNEMERS<\/b><\/h4>\nElke volwassen deelnemer en de ouders van onvolwassen deelnemers aanvaarden de risico\u2019s die gepaard zijn aan het beoefenen van de sport. Promotionele vouchers (4 lessen promo) zijn 2 jaar geldig.\n\n \n
VERPLICHTINGEN VAN Surf and Fly<\/b><\/h4>\nSurf and Fly verplicht zich tot het aanleveren van aangepast materiaal (kites, boards, wetsuits, harnas, helm, impact vest) tijdens de cursus en tot het naleven van de deontologische regels voor de kwaliteit van het ontvangst, opleiding, hygi\u00ebne en veiligheid.\n\n \n
TARIEVEN<\/b><\/h4>\nAl onze tarieven omvatten een verzekering civiele verantwoordelijkheid, gebruik van materiaal en de lesgever. INSCHRIJVINGSVOORWAARDEN<\/strong><\/h4>\nKunnen zwemmen en zich goed voelen in een zeeomgeving is een voorwaarde alvorens men zich kan inschrijven voor een kitecursus. Men moet minstens 18 jaar oud zijn. Elke deelnemer verklaart in goede fysiek conditie te zijn voor het beoefenen van kite. Voor jongeren tot 18 jaar is een schriftelijk akkoord van de ouders verplicht.\n\n \n
