After you receive your kite we go with you to the beach (experienced IKO instructor from Surfandfly ) and set up the kite together and explain you in life situation how your kite works, Safetysystems….
If you have later any questions and need help, you come back to us and we are happy to assist you.
Our repair policy. If you crash your kite and damage the sail ( cut, hole…) we let it repair for you. And now comes the best: 12 month for free!!! Please take in account, only kitesail repairs. Bladders, flying lines, kiteboards, control gear or spare parts are not included. On top of course you have your normal warranty from flexifoil.
